2. Our Days of Rage and Orpheus & Eurydice. The Old Vic Tunnels. From Thursday.
The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain presents a month-long season. Our Days of Rage, written in response to the uprisings across North Africa, the Middle East and Middle England will run alongside a new version of the ancient Orpheus myth, entitled Orpheus & Eurydice, a gripping love story underground.
3. Vinopolis Individual Wine Tasting Experience. EDF Energy London Eye. Saturday.
As you take in the dramatic views, an expert from top London wine tasting attraction, Vinopolis, guides you through the taste sensations, aromas and textures of each wine.
4. Make Do & Mend: Sew a purse by hand. Florence Nightingale Museum. Saturday
Learn to make something pretty and useful with this workshop where you will be shown how to sew a purse and given the opportunity to do it yourself. The materials are included in the cost and booking in advance is required.
5. John Cage: Every Day is a Good Day. Hayward Gallery. All Week.
A selection from a major exhibition of the visual art of the American composer, writer and artist. FREE
6. Double Feature. National Theatre. All Week.
Two double bills of new plays performed in the Paintframe - a pop-up performance space backstage at the National Theatre.

Rivers of the World is a visual arts and design project which links over 2,000 young people around the world through common river themes. FREE
8. Children’s Literature Festival. Imperial War Museum London. All Week.
Meet authors including Michael Morpurgo, Michelle Magorian and Bernard Ashley, take a lesson in illustration from Martin Brown and be part of a ‘play in a day’ with the Polka Theatre.
9. Beauty Queen of Leenane. Young Vic. All Week.
High in the mountains of Galway lives a lonely spinster, Maureen, and her devilishly manipulative mother Mag. Maureen longs for the romance that will spirit her away.
10. Kosmos: A Soviet Space Odyssey. BFI Southbank. All Week.
Rhidian Davis discovers how the unravelling of the Soviet dream proved fertile for dystopian fiction.
